iOS 8.2 Update Tip  2015

If you are an Apple user that takes advantage of continuity, you can use apps interchangeably between different iOS devices, I'm sure you've found the most convient to be imessage (now that it supports sms). Upon updating to iOS 8.2 imessage gets "out of sync" and basically stops working as expected. If you run into this, which I did yesterday, here are some tips.
It's best if you're iOS devices are running the same version. If you take the update and imessage stops working, here what you do to fix it.
Disable iMessage and FaceTime, and logout of icloud on all devices.
Log back into iCloud on your iPhone, re-enable imessage and facetime.
Log back into iCloud on your other devices (ipads, macs) and re-enable iMessage, FaceTime.
You will get several prompts saying "you've just enabled imessage, facetime from another device" or "you've logged into icloud from another device" - just accept those.
If your problem isn't solved try the steps above again but in between disable and reenabling - restart your devices.
