Preface

I was and still an admirer of Samsung products. Last week only I had purchased a refrigerator after complete analysis of your product and that of the competitor.
Only difference is your products and your company including your CEO and marketing Team had betrayed in the Mobile Phone department. With much enthusiasm and will savings of hard earned money I bought Samsung Galaxy S3. The main reasons for getting this mobile was my employer email was supported in only Samsung Galaxy Phones for Mobiles with Android OS.

The Samsung Galaxy S3

I had spent 500 USD (nearly 30,000) INR that time to buy the Samsung Galaxy S3. In Launch Event on YouTube this phone was flaunted by your MARKETING EXECUTIVES as very powerful this that and something not short of a wonder.
 After I bought the phone from Authorized National Dealer in B&M Store  I configured my employer's email after encrypting this phone and it seemed to work. Some hours later I realized the phone now is hanging too much. I did a factory reset, used no SD Card, no App and all this time and did the previous steps. Phone was so slow that to take the calls or to hang-up it took 5 seconds. Somehow I used the phone without it serving the purpose I had bought it for.
The two year old flagship product was still running on Android 4.3 and Android 5 on it never saw light of the day. Also as per the suggestion of Head of Marketing for Samsung in the YouTube Video mentioned below - I am still waiting for Wireless Charging Kit from Samsung.

Galaxy Grand II

After an Year, I bought Samsung Galaxy Grand Plus II from another Authorized National Dealer in B&M Store for 22000 INR. I took an Insurance cover with the phone that was around 10% of the cost of phone around 2200 INR . The phone had technical issues from the starting and I went to the Samsung Service Center (Company Owned) at Nehru Place Delhi to rectify the problems. The problems persisted and I managed to live with it. After 6 months phone's touch was broken and when I went to Samsung Service Center I was told that the phone will be repaired with cost but the touch performance of repaired phone cannot be compared with that one of factory made phone. The private insurer was so great that the customer care number was not picked up for submitting the phone for a private repair putting which I was told would be using compatible parts not original parts. I could imagine how the plight would be when the phone is to sought for repair. 
I went to the dealer and expressed concerns for selling the insurance policy from a substandard insurer to me unwillingly. The person took my phone for 7000 INR and I bought Apple 5S this time for which I suppose I do not need to mention any review.
Along with iPhone I wanted an Android phone for some development use. I paid 6000 INR for Redmi 2 Phone. The phone if not great was a value for money. At least it did not emptied my wallet as S3 and Galaxy Grand II did.

Insights

With all these experiences, I feel Samsung Mobile
  1. Is interested in short term gains and did not want to establish a long term relationship with the customer. If flagship products are obsolete in 2 Years why are flagship.
  2. Marketing is used for promotions and making false promises. Where is Wireless Charging Kit, mam?
  3. The dealer of Samsung Mobile Phone can cross sell thing to Samsung Customers. The reputed dealer in from where I purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand Plus II who gave me insurance also on that product was The Mobile Store.
  4. If the phone has to be repaired you would not get the same performance. At Apple at least I know couple of my friends had got a new iPhone once they paid some charges for damaged screen.
  5. For normal repairs also as a customer if I have to go to Samsung Store it is a real problem as it took more than 4 hours for me to wait at the Samsung owned Service Center and again came back next day to collect as my phone needed more observation. Never the less, the error persisted every time.
With all this in mind, I am really scared of buying Samsung Phones. I had already lost a lot by buying Samsung Phones.
Now S6 is so actually expensive and may be this is a criteria of Flagship devices for Samsung. Make them expensive (not Value for Money) for High End Customers. I am not sure if Samsung quality and customer service can be trusted for buying Samsung Phones with non-removable back panels.
I suppose Samsung should concentrate for more long term value of customers by giving value for money, get a much better dealer network who are not interested on making only commissions, provide much better customer service experience which till now not even the competitors are providing. Surely there is great room for improvement for everyone - Samsung or its competitors.
