Fitbit stock drops over 25%, amid two separate lawsuits filed in 1 week, one class action suit regarding it's Surge and Charge HR model inaccuracies, and the other for HR sensor patent infringements via Valencell, a wearables technology company in North Carolina. In addition the Blaze watch has no on-board GPS & doesn't support 3rd Party apps. Fitbit's first smartwatch delivers less for 199.99$. Available in March 2016. |
